Braces effectively solve incorrect occlusion, too large distances between the teeth or vice versa – the crowding of the units and other problems of orthodontic field. These items are fixed type designs and move teeth in different directions and in any plane. Initially, braces affect the dentition with more force, and as leveling, the load gradually decreases.

As for the material, braces are made of metal. This model is noticeable in the mouth, so many patients prefer ceramics and plastics. External sapphire braces are made of artificial sapphire crystals. Such systems are not visible, and they are easier to maintain. Orthodontists offer bright colored braces for children.
